I am an independent, private agent. I run the process personally, from sourcing and purchasing to goods checks, consolidation and export handover, and I stay the one point of contact. The two companies, SinaFirst Limited in Hong Kong and Shenzhen SinaFirst Technology Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen, are the legal structure behind the work, not a team of managers.
The agent fee covers my work and direct involvement within the agreed scope — purchasing coordination, supplier communication, process control, issue handling, and export handover.
At the start, I review the workload and estimate the purchase value based on standard market pricing or the supplier’s initial quotations. Then we agree a minimum agent fee. If I manage to negotiate a discount or reduce certain costs later, the agent fee stays as agreed. If the scope grows during execution (more items, higher volume, additional suppliers — which means more workload), the agent fee is adjusted based on the final purchase value. This keeps incentives aligned — I can negotiate in your interests without working against my own.
The agent service fee is my only fee, and I don’t take hidden commissions. I keep the workflow transparent, with clear terms, clear reporting, and traceable, defensible records throughout. Transparency is a core principle of my approach.
No. Supplier / factory visits are a separate service and are paid separately.
No. Domestic logistics in China and international shipping are separate costs.
No. Pre-shipment inspection at the supplier’s site is a separate service and is paid separately.
If the goods are consolidated at my warehouse, I do targeted in-warehouse checks before shipping, as far as realistically possible in a warehouse setting. If specific or deeper checks are required, the scope is discussed separately.
Yes. If required, I can act as the seller of record and handle supplier payments through my company. In this case, you receive a single invoice covering all purchases. Either way, the workflow stays transparent, with clear terms and traceable records.
Yes. You can pay suppliers directly, and I will still manage execution and keep the workflow under control.
No. I don’t represent any supplier or factory. I don’t push what’s convenient for me — I execute against your requirements.
It means no “manager ping-pong”, no hand-offs between people. I manage and control the workflow end-to-end. Any deal-related questions — I handle. You remain in control — I execute.
