Yes. You don’t need to source through me to use the warehouse. If you’ve already purchased from your own suppliers, their goods can be sent to the warehouse, consolidated, checked where agreed, and prepared for export.
Shipping cost isn’t a fixed number — it depends on the mode, the volume and weight of the cargo, the route and destination, and any special handling the goods need. I’m not a freight forwarder, so freight itself is quoted through logistics partners. What I do is prepare the cargo properly and coordinate the handover, so the quote reflects reality rather than guesswork. Customs clearance and import duties at destination are separate, calculated under the destination country’s own rules.
No — I’m an agent in China, not a logistics provider. I’m not a carrier, not a freight forwarder, and not the importer in your country. What I do is arrange export from China by sea or air and hand the shipment over with the documents. Everything from the destination port onward — import clearance, duties, and final delivery — is on your side. If useful, I can point you toward freight options to move the cargo onward.
Yes, that’s possible. I issue the documents to your instructions. Either way, the export from China is handled on my side — and I answer for it.
Transport risk sits with the carrier, and cargo insurance covers it — that’s what it’s for. When export processing from China is on my side, insurance can be arranged along with the standard export documents, if needed. I don’t answer for other people’s work, and I can’t guarantee the carrier’s performance. What I do guarantee is my part — and that you won’t be left facing the problem alone if something happens.
