The agent service means we act as your trusted, hands-on manager in China. We manage the full process on your behalf: sourcing reliable and suitable suppliers, visiting factories, checking products, arranging logistics, and supporting your deals until export from China.

No. We don’t have any ready-made catalogs, since we are not resellers and we don’t represent any factory. Our role is to act as your business agent in China according to your specific needs.

The fee covers our work as your agent — our management, involvement in the process, and execution of your tasks in China. It is the equivalent of paying for a manager’s service.

No. Factory visits are a separate service.

No. Checking goods at the supplier’s warehouse before shipment is a separate service.

We can check goods at the consolidation warehouse before shipment. However, unpacking, repacking, and related processes are considered separate costs.

No. Neither domestic logistics in China nor international shipping is included in the agent fee.

It always depends on what you ship, when, where, and by which transport mode. Sea and air freight costs are subject to the carrier’s current rates and are confirmed at the time of shipment. Customs clearance and import duties are calculated separately according to the regulations of the destination country.

No. We are an agent in China but not a logistics company, and we cannot act as the importer in your country. We work with clients worldwide, and each country has its own import procedures. What we can do is arrange export from China by sea or air and, if needed, help you find a suitable alternative logistics solution to deliver the goods to your final destination.

Yes. Supplier sourcing and product price checks are available as separate services.

Yes, we can provide end-to-end support and assist with your supplier.

Yes. Factory visits, supplier background checks, and product inspections are available as separate services.

Whether it’s a big purchase or just a small need, we work with any volume, as long as it makes sense and is reasonable for you.
