It means I act as a dedicated, hands-on manager on the ground in China on your behalf. I handle the entire process — legwork, communication, and problem-solving — until it reaches a clear outcome.
Formally, yes — I stand between you and the supplier. But a middleman in the usual sense earns a margin inside the price, and you never see it. My fee is invoiced separately, never inside the price. Payment records to suppliers are available on request. A simple test: remove that kind of middleman, and the supplier’s price drops — the margin was sitting in it. Remove me, and the supplier’s price does not move. What falls apart is the execution.
No. I don’t have any ready-made catalogs, since I’m not a reseller and I don’t represent any factory. I aim to fit what you actually need — not to offer what is convenient for me. The scope of my work is built around a specific task, with clear requirements and details.
Yes, I can provide end-to-end support and assist with your supplier.
Yes. Remote pre-checks (initial supplier/product overview), factory visits, supplier background checks, and product inspections are available as separate services.
Yes. Supplier / product sourcing and quote & price checks are available as separate services.
Whether it’s a big purchase or just a small need, I work with any volume, as long as it makes sense and is reasonable for you.
No. I’m not a logistics company or freight forwarder. If export is part of the task, I can arrange export from China via logistics partners and support coordination up to export handover.
No. What I answer for is my own work: the agreed checks, the process, and not stepping aside when problems surface. Verification reduces risk; it does not transfer it.
