Goods consolidation & warehousing in China.
Consolidating goods from multiple suppliers in China, I work through a managed warehouse setup in Guangzhou and Yiwu. The physical work is done by people on the ground. The follow-ups and control stay with me.

By default, I use the Guangzhou warehouse as a consolidation point — usually the practical choice. If the specific project makes Yiwu more convenient, everything moves there instead.

Storage
The goods stay at the warehouse as long as the project needs. Nothing moves without your instruction. The goods leave when you say "load" or "ship", or when your own carrier comes to collect them.

Records on arrival
For every delivery, the tracking number, package count, total weight and volume are logged. One to three packages are opened for a spot check, with photos of the goods. -
In-warehouse checks
On receiving, the goods are checked for external packaging damage — this is part of the standard handling. If a deeper or specific check is needed, piece-by-piece, every package opened — that is a separate service, with the scope agreed per task. -
Packaging upgrade
Where the cargo needs better protection, I arrange appropriate export packaging — repacking, wooden frames and crates, protective corners, palletising. -
Shipping & export
I coordinate and manage the shipment from the warehouse — container loading, air freight, or dispatch on your instruction to your forwarder or another warehouse across China. -

Clear reporting
The warehouse report is updated with every new delivery, so at any point you have an up-to-date picture of what has actually been received — arrival dates, package counts, and the total weight and volume.
Billing & terms
Storage is billed at a flat rate per cubic metre per day, from day one — no minimum term, no hidden "free period" built into other fees.
Warehousing is also available as a separate service. You don't have to source through me to use the warehouse. If you've already purchased from your own suppliers, their goods can be sent to the warehouse, consolidated, checked where agreed, and prepared for export.

Warehouse only, without my involvement in the deal. Receive, store, and ship.
Targeted check
$58 / hour
Piece-by-piece check of the stored goods. Minimum 1 hour.
