You already have your supplier and know exactly what to buy — no sourcing needed. However, you still need someone on the ground in China to take over the execution. Just set the task and I manage the China side against your instructions. One product, a mixed purchase list, or a complex task — the suppliers stay yours and you stay in control, while the China questions stay with me.

Execution
You hand your supplier over to me, and the whole interaction becomes my job — the communication, the back-and-forth, the issues along the way. I represent your commercial interests in China and keep the supplier side moving. -
Payment
If you need payment assistance, I take the payments over. Whether a supplier accepts RMB only, or there are several suppliers with different currencies and payment terms — you pay me in one currency, and I settle with each of them. You receive one invoice from me, with SinaFirst as the seller of record. -
Logistics
I manage the process and arrange the export from China by sea or air through forwarders I work with. If you have your own forwarder, I prepare the purchase for export and hand the goods over to them. For purchases from multiple suppliers, I consolidate the goods at the warehouse and handle whatever work is needed there.
