Intro
The client was planning to purchase mixed types of goods in China. Part of the list was for a new business focused on kitchen manufacturing, and the rest was for an existing business. They prepared a sourcing list and asked us to manage the process from the initial quotation through export processing in China.

Outcome
A mixed scope across two business lines was executed end-to-end. Purchases from multiple Chinese suppliers were loaded into one 40 ft HQ container and shipped to the destination port as a single FCL shipment.

FAQ
It’s about branding. Some items the client needed under their own brand name. For the TV hangers, that meant branded packaging only — both master cartons and inner packaging. For the intelligent digital voltage protector socket, the requirement was broader: branded packaging and the client’s logo on the product itself. That is what we managed in China.
Part of the goods had already been purchased by the client in China on their own. Our role was to contact those suppliers, coordinate inland logistics in China, and handle related matters on the China side. A couple of suppliers also needed formal customs declaration, and we managed the related export-side processes. That was also part of our scope, so the client did not have to deal with those issues remotely from another continent and time zone.
