I need China agent to help me find a product and assist with shipping.
Two orders end to end — sourcing, final check and shipping handover
Intro
The client needed a P3 outdoor LED screen for supermarket advertising in Europe and provided a clear brief with the required specifications.
My part was to source the supplier, coordinate the technical and commercial details, place and manage the order, check the completed screen before dispatch, and hand the packed shipment over in China to the transport company nominated by the client.

Outcome
The first order was for a P3 outdoor LED screen measuring 2.304 × 3.456 m. After production, I visited the supplier for a final check before dispatch. The shipment was packed into 4 wooden cases, 579 kg / 2.7 m³. I found a shipping company in China, the client approved the option, and I arranged the handover.
I provided the client with the packing list and one commercial invoice in USD, then handed the goods over to the shipping company for transport.
About a year later, the client returned with a larger order for another P3 outdoor LED screen measuring 6.144 × 3.456 m. The same China-side process was handled again. The completed shipment was packed into 5 wooden cases, 1,237 kg / 6.7 m³ and handed over to the same shipping company in China.
