Intro
The client received an order to deliver indoor signage for a serious local customer. The order requirements left no room for guesswork — the supplier had to be selected with care, not picked at random. And it had to be a professional manufacturer with the right balance of price and quality, not the cheapest offer taken for maximum margin.

Outcome
I compared a number of suppliers, filtered them carefully, and selected one manufacturer. The supplier provided a proposal with two options. I checked and confirmed the details with the client, and visited the production on site. After the client’s final approval, the order was placed. At the end, I checked the finished signage at the factory and coordinated the handover to the courier under the client’s instructions. My service was invoiced separately, and the client paid the manufacturer directly.
