Intro

The client was preparing to refresh his resort in South America and decided to source part of the project supplies from China. He provided a sourcing list with item names, reference pictures, and rough quantities, and asked us to handle the purchasing process end-to-end as his Agent in China.

Service scope

Source reliable suppliers in China and prepare a shortlist with highlights and key differences
Arrange thatch samples and perform targeted checks
Clarify installation questions with the thatch manufacturer and obtain step-by-step guidance with application details
Clarify and confirm specifications for installation materials with suppliers
Confirm specifications and must-check points for the LED lighting items
Place orders with multiple suppliers
Consolidate all shipments at our warehouse
Book freight and supervise container loading
Handle export customs clearance in China
Provide the BL (Bill of Lading) and the export document pack for destination clearance

Results

All items were sourced in China and shipped to South America in one container. The export document pack, including the BL, was provided. The client also received practical installation guidance — a small thing that helps avoid installation mistakes on site.
